| Milplast corrugated plastic is an all polypropylene profile extruded plastic material. It is available in a variety of thicknesses and 14 standard colors. Milplast packaging can be economically customized for a variety of production, inventory, storage and material handling applications. It is suitable for clean room, pharmaceutical, biotech, food manufacturing and storage environments.
This packaging is the contaminant free, lightweight alternative to solid/molded plastic, metal, wood, corrugated paper and chipboard. Milplast will not support mold growth nor will it emit sulfur or dust particles and can be repeatedly cleaned and sterilized. This packaging is also available in high density polyethylene (HDPE) for low temperature applications. Milplast is also available with an optional flute sealing patent pending Milseal2 process. This process is currently available in 8 mm think material. Other options include custom printing, handles, document holders and removable label placards. Mills Industries provides design and prototype services. Small production runs are available. |
