Our polypropylene is 100% recyclable.

What is the average lead time for orders?

Lead time varies depending on the order, but our general lead time right now is 4 – 6 weeks.

What is your standard stock size for sheets?

48 x 96 inches

Do you have stock size boxes?

No. We make each container uniquely for that specific order. We are, however, working on implementing a stock program.

Do you offer corrugated paper?

No, we only work with polypropylene (corrugated plastic) and high density polyethylene.

Can I buy a single box?

There is a minimum order of  $390.00 for stock sheets and/or containers for new customers.

Do you do in-house screen printing? How many colors?

In-house printing is available. We can print up to six colors. Please provide us with an approved digital drawing.

What is your screening cost?

Our screening cost is a non-reoccurring charge (unless changes are made) of $150 per color.

Are there tooling charges?

If a die cutting charge applies to your order, it is a non-reoccurring charge (unless changes are made).

Are you ISO Certified?

We are not currently ISO Certified, but we are in the process of achieving this certification.

What thicknesses in board do you offer? What is your standard pricing for stock (48” x 96”) sheets?

Yes. We can send samples to show board thicknesses, colors, or container designs.

Can I get prototypes? How much are they?

Prototypes are available. Prototypes vary in price, but are generally around $90. Prototype pricing is listed on our estimates.

Can I get a price quote?

We would be pleased to give you an estimate on pricing and lead time. Our price quotes are valid for 30 days and do not include freight.

How do I get a price quote?

How do I make changes to an existing price quote?

Please fax (603-528-5686) or e-mail (sales@millsind.com) the changes to us, making sure to refer to our estimate number.

Can I get a freight quote?

NEMF (888-361-4313), Ross Express (800-762-5966), and UPS Freight (800-333-7400) are just a few of the carriers you can call to get estimated pricing on shipping.

Do you ship prepaid?

We do not ship prepaid. We ship FOB Laconia (Collect).

KDF - Class 60; KDF – Class 77.5; Set Up Boxes – Class 125

Do you drop ship?

We will do drop shipping with 3^rd Party billing to your company or collect billing to your customer.

Please fax your purchase order to 603-528-5686 or contact Kathy Mills at kmills@millsind.com with the Mills Industries estimate number, desired quantity, preferred color, required date, preferred freight carrier, unit price, any nonrecurring charges, billing and shipping address, and any other information that is pertinent to the order.
