Our packaging is the alternative when "stock" bins, containers or conventional packaging materials do not meet your specific needs. Milplast material handling systems achieve cost reduction, part protection, ergonomic and lean manufacturing objectives. These material handling systems reduce costs by eliminating expendable packaging and replacing it with more durable, reusable packaging. Reusable packaging also lowers expenses by reducing labor hours and packaging material disposal costs. The reduction of disposable packaging also has a positive impact on housekeeping (5s). Milplast packaging reduces wasted space. When totes are sized to fit parts, part density is maximized in totes, manufacturing cells, part supermarkets and truck cubes.
Milplast provides solutions to aid in visual management and protection for parts. Securely oriented parts result in better presentation, aid in mistake proofing and eliminate damage from part to part contact. Custom printing, color coding, document holders, bar code labels and RFID tags are available to further improve identification and efficiency.

| Milplast containers are lighter than other material handling containers. They are available with custom handholds and other lifting
systems to reduce awkward bending and improve user safety. Milplast containers are suitable for electronic, clean room, pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing environments. Milplast replaces wood, corrugated paper and chipboard in demanding applications. It will not emit dust, mold, or sulfur contaminants. Milplast can be customized for large or unusual sizes without large tooling costs. Prototypes and small run quantities are available.
